Hello

I am having problems signing into Windows Live Messenger. This has been happening for the past few days.

The error code is 80072f0d.

I have followed the troubleshooting tips that you suggest and I the problem is still there.

I have gathered the log files that you requested and I am ready to send these to you.

Please reply stating how I can get these log files to you.

dans cette nouvellle version je ne vois pas le contenu des contact quand j'affiche le profil - avant je voyais l'activité  du contact dans son profil maintenant plus? puis avoir une solution?

cant see some of my contacts and they cant see me

for some time when i log into hotmail or skpye i see all of my contacts but they are offline, when i know for a fact that they are really online. also, they cant see me online. they are not blocked or anything.

De Cuando abro el MSN para chatear, en el lugar donde debo ESCRIBIR el texto que envío o recibo aparece este código 17b938b4-6403-11e2-bab1-70f395897e0d y no puedo ver la conversación reciente, a veces alcanzo a leer algo pero vuelven a aparecer estos números, los borro y aparecen nuevamente gracias  ANA MARIA

Just like so many others I am getting this "Messenger 80072f0d" error and unable to sign into Messenger.  I have followed all the trouble shooting steps, repaired, re-installed, and nothing has helped.

Meu messenger parou de funcionar depois que entrou o skype. Não consigo localizar meus contados. Quero meu msn de volta, pois por ele que me comunico com familia distante e amigos/as. obrigada
