I used to get the pop up notice for new e-mails, I signed up to Skype and now I don't get the notice, How can I get that back?

I deleted all my Contacts via my Cellphone and unfortunatly its been over 1 Month but there still there when I try to add favorites in add a friend (its in german so maybe its called different). Is there a way I can recover them somehow? Deleted contacts
see me as offline.

i have a major problem regarding my msn contacts. It all begun when i tried to link / merge my msn account with my skype account as i was told that msn messenger will stop working soon. The first 2 days everything was ok, but then i wasn't able to
see any contact online through Skype application. I tried to log in from my msn messenger and there were no contacts online there also. I contacted Skype team and i asked them to unlink my msn account from Skype. I did unlink them but still i cannot see any
contacts online on my msn messenger. I went to my account where i saw that i had to recover my contacts cause they were deleted somehow. I did recover them but still i cannot see anyone online. What can we do for this issue?

Id like to connect my hotmail to skyp. last month ago I got an email offering this to be done automatically. i foolishly didn't do it and deleted. can this be done automatically without the email link?
