I create outgoing emails and want a copy of them for my files, but there are no print commands, even using the right key on the mouse. Also I do not have access to any outgoing email because the folder that I thought was supposed to keep them, shows empty
every time. In fact, if someone asked me to prove that I sent an email, I couldn't. How do I adjust the setup?

Original Title: Within Windows Live Mail, how can I print outgoing email? How can I set up the program to display sent emails?

I have Windows Live Mail (& Essentials) installed on my laptop and desktop for work. I have one email account. I have set up the one (& same) email account on both computers, and always log into my Microsoft account on both computers. However, the 'Folders' I my Live Mail are not syncing. For instance, if I send an email from my laptop, and then later go on the desktop & look under the 'Sent' folder, the email I sent from my laptop does not appear in the 'Sent' folder on my desktop. If I delete emails on either computer, I have to do it on both.
Essentially, I am looking to log into my email, and have a mirrored image/storage/account on both computers. How do I do this??!
(Note: I have already uninstalled and reinstalled both Essentials and Windows Live Mail on both computers, and deleted and readded my email account on both computers...)

My Windows Live Mail receives messages perfectly, both into the 'inbox' and 'junk mail', I can delete them, move them etc BUT cannot send any mail, either a new mail or forwarding mail. when I click on 'New Mail' or click on 'Forward', I get the following message - 'A PROBLEM OCCURRED WHILST TRYING TO OPEN THIS MESSAGE. A PROBLEM OCCURRED.
PLEASE TRY AGAIN'.
