Hi,

I cannot send and receive emails on Windows Live Mail.

I follow the 6 steps to repair the Windows live mail, but it did not work.

I notice that whenever the "globe" on the top right showing "GO ONLINE", i would encounter such problems.

Usually once I restart the computer the "go online" will change back to "go offline".

But this time, it did not.

Kindly advice what are the steps that i can follow to make the 'GLOBE" to become " GO OFFLINE"

Your attention is appreciated.
I have Windows Live 2011 and I cannot get the program to go online. The dialogue box keeps coming up stating, "You are currently working offline. Do you want to go on line?"  All other programs are functional and the computer is on line. I have disabled the anti-virus program, but that has not corrected the problem.
"Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (revkro) account.

Server Error: 3204
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20003"

I did not do it.

Originalt Title: My Live Mail does not work  I am sorry I upgraded to Essentials 2012 from Essentials 2011.  I wish I had Outlook Express back.  It used to work.
I am running Windows 7 (Home Premium) on my desktop and laptop and using Windows Live Mail as my calendar. I usually enter calendar events on the desktop calendar. When I am signed in to Windows live mail, (on the laptop) the events show up on the laptop, but when I sign out, they go away. I tried retyping the events, but the calendar on the laptop insists on putting them onto the web calendar, not my local one. Is there any way (without jumping through hoops) that I can get the info from the online Live calendar into my laptop calendar? I have googled all over the internet, but couldn't find anything that clearly said what to do.
I am inconsistently able to read, and often cannot send, my emails.  I am using Windows Live Mail.  It appears that the "calendar" part of this product is stopping the emails, as I continuously get "There was an error when attempting to connect to Windows Live Calendar Service.  If the error persists , check to see if there's an upgrade of Windows Live Mail available or contact a service representative".  I do not want to use Calendar. And have never entered any information to Calendar.   I have today updated Windows Malicious Software Renewal ToolX64-Julu 2013 (KB890830) and  no better.  Also keep receiving remarks such as "You are working on line.  Error  (with a yellow triangle)"  "You are currently working offline.  Would you like to go online now?" when clearly I am on line.  Thank you! This message is blocking any mail being received on sent. I don't seem to be able to delete it. Pleas help...Lyn

I can send from a subaccount on ATT mail but can not receive. The error message is as follows:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Att(UWCC) account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.

Server Error: 0x800CCC90

I am able to send and receive on another subaccount w/o any problems. However there seems to be an error in sending the password of the troublesome subaccount. This problem just appeared when MS appeared to update Windows Live Mail on my computer.

Has anyone had a similar problem.?

I have Windows Live Mail.  I typed an email and because I wasn't connected to the internet (keep losing my connection) I saved it in drafts.  When my connection came back I tried to send it and it went to Outbox.  I opened it up several times and added to it, waiting for internet connection again.  Then I hit send and it just stayed in Outbox.  I can't open it any longer therefore can't send it.  When I hit send/receive it does not acknowledge that it is there.  It tells me the contents can't be found.  How is this possible?  Is there a way to find that email so I can recreate it?  I called Rogers but they didn't help at all, told me everything from the email might be corrupt (I doubt it, I send emails all the time with no problem and just did all sort of scans that told me my computer is clean of viruses etc) to my computer might be infected etc.  They are sending a tech to check the cables but they won't know about the inner workings.  Anyone any idea?  Thanks.

*** Email address is removed for privacy ***

When you want to filter incoming mail with rules, it seems that the only rule you can apply to the From part of the mail is the entire address. This works great if the address is from a specific account, such as *** Email address is removed for privacy *** or *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, but many sites - such as Facebook and Twitter - send notifications that have a consistent domain, but randomized (or literally thousands of possible) account names - per person, for example.

Is it possible to filter by domain? I added a rule to filter by just that and tried to apply it to the Inbox but it didn't work.

Thanks.

I keep doubling up several times with the same email, how do I stop coming too many times.
