Unwanted, unpleasant emails

Please excuse me if I'm going about this all wrong, but I'm totally new to this or any forum.  i need help.  I am blind/deaf so contacting someone to help me is a non-starter.  
I keep getting unwanted emails that are to be honest not very pleasant.  I've never knowingly ever visited an adult site, if you understand what I mean by adult, but I get emails offering me contact with women, medicines to aid my sexual prowess. I get these emails several times a day.  I have made sure all that I receive go straight to my junk mail folder, but is there anyway i can stop receiving them altogether.  As I said I'm completely new to forums and am extremely embarrassed by having to contact people this way but my seven year old granddaughter, who was using my desktop the other day to email a friend accidentally opened a particularly horrid one  that she thought was a reply for her.  Please can you advise me.

How do I transfer all emails, folders, contacts from one hotmail acc to another hotmail account (new primary address)?  I have a Mac and so cannot download windows live, True Switch does not seem to work anymore (see this was how previously done from other posts)...

Beginning yesterday, I can't send or forward emails. I'm using Windows Live Mail  on an HP Windows 7 Home Premium

Yesterday, I started getting error message Ox80004003.  I read one solution was to delete what was in my Outbox which I did. I no longer get the
error message. 

Now when I try to send an email, I'm getting this message:

"A problem occurred while trying to open this message.  Please try again"

I've had my hotmail account forever, now I received the message above. I created a new password as requested and completed the form, but each time received back a message they were not able to verify me.I can't receive a code by text because I have no idea what number they have on file since it has been so long. It's been months now and I have an important email that was sent to my blocked email address, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, but I can't access it! i really need assistance accessing my account. I had to create a new account just to sign in and post a question. PLEASE HELP ME!!!! PLEASE!!!!!

Sending or replying to emails from my Verizon account using MSN Explorer

Can anyone explain to me why I am unable to send or reply to an email sent via my Verizon address using MSN Explorer?  Everything worked just fine until Verizon instructed me to change my POP settings through MSN Explorer.  I've tried deleting the Verizon account and adding it back in using the latest settings to no avail.  I just keep getting a dialogue box stating that there has been an unexpected error and I need to try restarting MSN Explorer or my computer (which doesn't help, either).

up to 21 july i could send e-mails. now when I try I get the message "the server does not support a SSL connection" I have windows 8.

Hi I am receiving emails sent to a specific user. Surname the same as mine and the name begins with letter D. Were ther is "TO" in the email field, the name should be mine BUT in this case it is showing a specific user. any help
