We have been getting tips that our company signature looks bad in outlook.com - Many of our customers rely on free mail services like gmail and outlook (hotmail).

By "bad", I mean that it looks like line spacing is double in Outlook.com.

Information about the signature: 
It is written in HTML with tables. Logo on left side, contact information on the right. It looks fine when opening the HTML-file from "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures" in IE and Google chrome.
We tested ourselves by sending mails to an @gmail and @hotmail address. Then we checked the mails in outlook.com and gmail.com in internet explorer and google chrome.

It looks fine in gmail.com in both Internet Explorer and google chrome, but it looks bad in outlook.com in both browsers. The signature looks fine in Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2003.
As topic mentioned above, I got problem to send an email to my friends and received the following message.

"There's a problem sending message from [my email] right now. Check with your provider for more info."

However, I have no problem using my browser to open my email and send email via browser. I can surf my internet without any problems.
Mind anyone help me to resolve my issue, I already restarting modem but it didn't work.
I cannot "send" email from my iPhone / iPad from my hotmail account?
I cannot send email from my iPhone or iPad. This continues to happen. I never know if my email will work or not. I rarely use my computer so I need dependable email. Also my account frequently (on same devices) says unable to get email , unable to connect to server etc. my husbands account never has issues. How can this be resolved?

Today I started getting an error message every time I try to send an email.

 

Cannot Send Mail

An error occurred while delivering this message

 

So far this issue is restricted to sending emails.  I am still receiving them.

 

How can I fix this?

Hello, I hope someone can help me. I'm very worried at the moment I hope I wasn't hacked. I just recently been having a problem on my iphone that I'm unable to send emails, the message, "there was a problem that occurred delivering this message," keeps popping up. It also does that on the mail app on windows 8. I changed my password, deleted and added my account on my iphone and laptop, and still nothing. I was able to send message through chrome, but besides that nothing seems to have helped. Please help me!

a)  My blackberry Z10
b) my Ipad2

My blackberry is using my bell mobility network, and my ipad is using my wifi.  Two different internets entirely.
I cannot send an email.  On my ipad I get the message:  "Cannot Send Email - An Error occurred while delivering this message".  On my blackberry I don't get a written message, I just get the message coming up in my hub with a red circle with a white line through it meaning "unsendable".
In both cases I have deleted the account and re-installed it, and turned off the device and rebooted it.
On my ipad I have no other email service.
On my blackberry I have email through my work as well, and that one is working fine (it is not a hotmail account).
Interestingly, I can access my hotmail email no problem through the internet on my home computer (which is the same wifi that my ipad is trying to run on) and on my actual devices (my ipad and my blackberry)!!!

It is VERY frustrating - the whole purpose of a mobile device is to be able to respond to emails in a mobile fashion - I shouldn't have to get my email on my device, then wait to respond until I can find a physical computer to access the internet!!!

This happened to my blackberry about a week ago (didn't have my ipad with me at the time) but I restarted my phone and it worked again.  Not helping this time.
