My Hotmail account is hacked for more than one week, somebody is now sending messages asking for loan to my mail list (including my boss)! Even worst, my password was changed as well.
I have post this question before and was advised to fill a form to reset my password. I guarantee I have filled this form for more than 5 times and I got messages again and again saying " because I turned on 2 way verification so my request was ignored!!". Would anybody please help me!!

I have two addresses on Hotmail mail and I go from one to the other without having to exit and re-entry, but now there is nothing I could that. I have not been able to enter the second title has Forgot password, I tried to restore it, but I do not remember the personal information I have entered a timely manner. What do I do now to restore it, please help with many thanks?

In my storage folder I had a business folder with lots of sub folders. Somehow it's gone/deleted/vanished no where to be found.
I know it's not there because my 'Message rules' can't redirect mail to those missing folders.
I've looked in C:\Users\usernamexxxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail as advised by others, but the business folder(s) aren't in the list.
So it seems they are permanently gone????? unless someone who I will be grateful to forever lets me know where there may be a trash bin I can recover them from?

I urgently need confirmation that e-mails have been sent to me. Last week I knew of 1, today there is a claim that I did not answer 2 more.
They are from 2 different people at same location. With the 1 have received mail before and after the missing date, the other I have never had any emails from that person. Prior to this I have never had problems with emails to or from that server.

My account was hacked and when i went to change my password my back up e-mail had been deactivated. I keep sending the form but microsoft says not enough information. Help.
I call up the group, and click on the X by their picture. The picture disappears, but they keep receiving unwanted GROUP emails. I have several people who have asked to be removed and I have removed them,. but they keep getting emails. Help!
