Hi I get this error every time I go in to emails !have tried almost all your recommendations that you have given other people and still not working ! , when you talked about fire walls , I have just installed a slim cleaner plus ! so could that be the problem !

How can the length of time that a sent email is maintained in the "Sent Folder" be changed? Emails appear to be maintained in the Sent folder for approximately three days or less.

Now on Windows 10 and WLM becomes unresponsive. On entry will attempt to retrieve messages. 1 message may look like its returned and then new window shows "Windows has stopped working". Looks like a compatibility error from the Properties screen but auto fix does not fix.
Need to be informed of fix as self-help does not resolve.
On a previous machine running Windows 10, Windows Mail automatically synced my folder list from my Yahoo Mail, and it subsequently showed in Mail, so that I was able to "file away" my emails. Having just acquired a Levono Idealpad, I went to my Yahoo account and added a Levono folder. 24 hours later, Windows Mail has not added it to it's folder list. Any ideas.
