I prefer to send the email to the title of the category rather than displaying all of the email addresses. Is there a fix? Thanks.
When I right click on the name of a category in Contacts (Windows Live Mail) , the "send email" option is not bold. So I cannot easily email to the addresses in the category. So annoying as in the new year, I havve inspirational and funny stuff to share
with friends and family.
How do I move my folders or a batch of my folders (on left hand side, email folders) into ascending numerical order? When I try to do this, it makes them subfolders which I don't want.
Have problems in collecting/sending my e-mails (hotmail accnt) from my PC.
have no problem login to hotmail throug the browser
have no problem collecting/sync/sending e-mails through my android smart phone
all works perfectly Okay, but
Live mail (on pc) is refusing to collect or send hotmail message and presenting with the following message:

Even tried to see if the re is an update/upgrade for Windows Essentials those will fix that problem... but ... no ...

But seems like the problem presists

I have checked I am logged in . I can see 'sign out'.

Today once again Windows Essentials added weather to my calendar! So I asks again.......
Can someone please help me to solve this problem, or atleast point me in the direction of microsoft support!
After 449 days you must atleast be feeling ashamed you have not resolved this issue.

Hello, I lost all my folders, the ones I created and all the files inside. It happened today right after I used one of those scans to improve the computer (GeekTech). The system folders are ok, but only 2 of them have the files in them. I explored everywhere for them and nothing. At the left column where there's a number of "Storage Folders".....they are all there but pitifully empty!
I immediately used the Restore function but didn't bring the folders back. I remember vaguely from the past there's a certain place for all messages, the Storage something or other, but couldn't remember how to get there. If someone could send me the steps by steps? I do recall one had to go find a longish link or path, but ....how do I get to that path???
I know, I should've backed up all before using that scan (I'll request a refund). Please someone help recover those folders. My entire life is in them.

After I recently moved some e-mails from one computer's Storage Folders to another computer's Storage Folders, when I look at the list of e-mails in some of the folders on the new computer (running Windows 7), the name of the recipient of each of the emails
in the "To" column is listed incorrectly to be the same name as that for the the Sender in the "From" column for that email. When I do open the e-mail, the correct information for the recipient is there after "To".
So, the information for the email recipients is obviously not missing. Then, what can I do to see the recipients listed correctly under "To" on the list of the e-mails in that storage folder? I am using Windows Essential 2011.

Since I synced Live mail with my i-pad air no longer able to send or receive e-mails from my PC Running Windows 7 on an HP touch smart. Receive e-mails on i-pad with-out any problems. My wife who uses Outlook on Windows 8 and synced to same i-pad has
no problems. Someone suggested that i-pad was removing e-mails from server , this is not the case. Have deleted e-mail account from i-pad , still no e-mails to PC, then re-installed on i-pad and received all 250 e-mails again. Thus showing that e-mails were
still on server ( bigpond POP3 account). Could anyone please help this poor frusted soul !! Tony
Earlier today I reset my password for Apple ID and my Hotmail account. Now when I want to use my iPad it keeps asking me to enter the password for the Exchange account "Hotmail".
what is this? My newly reset password doesn't work.
