Every time I open WLM an error message appears

Unable to send or receive messages for the Yahoo.co Peter Gaywood account. Possible causes for this include server problems Network problems or a long period of inactivity.

my email worked fine till a couple of days ago, now I keep getting this error message


Unable to send or receive messages for the Optusnet.com (d.a.rose) (1) account. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems or a long period of inactivity.

I am trying to send an e/m with photographs as attachments.  As the photo files are quite large (6 mb) so I am going to the library, selecting the photos and then right click.. send to...mail recipient.  This reduces the size of the files substantially.  After completing the e/m and hitting the send button, it goes to the out box.   There it stays.  If I hit the send/receive button I get the error message Microsoft Live Error 0x8ccc0003.  Any help would be appreciated

Using Windows Live Mail 2012, I have created some Groups to send email.  When I enter the Group name and try to send, a message comes up with: The message could not be sent.  Type an email address to one or more recipients in the T;, Cc: or Bcc: boxes.
We have a problem that just started occurring where a specific customer can't send email to us anymore.  They get the following error when trying to send an email to us, "The problem is that too many unwanted messages have been sent from the following IP address above".  The ip address is 192.251.189.77, and it doesn't appear to be blacklisted.  Can someone please help to get this resolved ASAP?
How can I delete this hotmail account? Extremely stressful experience. I've been trying for days now to delete this hotmail account. I have two, I only need one.  when I try and close the account it tells me to cancel any billing services and then to deactive the hotmail account. I can't do either. When i go to the billing site it tells me that there are no billing services associated with the account.    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
For some reason, I am not receiving all of my e-mails.  I can check my e-mail from a different computer and I can tell that some of them are not coming through.  I have Windows live.  I receive only a portion of my e-mails.
