When trying to log on windows live mail with my Microsoft username and password I get the following message:

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80004004

unable to send or receive messages for MSN account.

however it accepted my Yahoo account, but not my Gmail account. Same thing on my Smartphone- accepts only Yahoo sign in, but not Gmail nor MSN sign in.

I am experiencing an intermittent problem with Live Mail 2012 when trying to open it.

The problem is the Error Code 0xc0000013 displaying. When this occurs I cannot open Live Mail of course.

I wonder if any other user has experienced this.

There does not seem to any pattern to this problem, just occurs out of the blue.

I would welcome any assistance or suggestions,

Thanks

Reg Brine

Everything was fine until Feb 15.  I use Windows 7, Windows Live Mail 2012.  I can receive emails but cannot send/reply.  When I try to send I get the message " a problem occurred while trying to open this message".  I had my internet provider tech help me research the WLM log and he discovered the following error  ID - 0x80070005 - I am extremely dependent on using email for my business, so please help quickly !

After receiving help on this website with deleting my old MSn account from Window Live Mail 2012, I entered my new Outlook account, but an attempt to

send a photo failed again and I received the an error message:  ID:  0X8DE2007

Also, when logging into Windows Live Mail, after entering my e-mail address, the screen asked for my server password;  I entered the password that

I use for my outlook account, but it apparently is not the one used by the server.  Where can I get the server password?!

does anyone know how to fix the problem with the above message when trying to open mail?

aftyer I click "OK" to that message, the next ons states "windows live mail could not be started because msmail.dll could not be loaded".

Help, Pleasse :)

How do I reinstate my Holtmail live plus account?
Using Windows 7 Live Mail, I get the following message/pop-up after my emails are received "The server you are connected tois using a security certificate that could not be verified. The certificate's CN name does not match the passed value. Do you want to continue using the server? Yes NO"  When I click on YES, the pop-up disappears. If I click on NO, then I get the pop-up every time I get another email. Can somebody solve this problem?
Thanks for your help,
Bob W.
I can not forward an email that has several pictures included. I get the following statement - "One or more of the pictures in this message could not be found. When you send this message these pictures will not be included. Are you sure that you want to send this message?" What do I have to do to allow me tos forward the email with these pictures?
