This has been a long term problem with Windows Live Mail
The new mail sound notification works as expected for new mail arriving in my inboxes BUT whenever I delete an email from my JUNK mail folder a few seconds later I get the New mail notification sound.
The visual indicator in the taks bar also suggests a new email has arrived but this is not correct. There are no new or unopened emails in Hotmail or any other other accounts I use in WLM. The new mail notification is not accurate as presently it is constantly giving false alarms.
Please advise.
why can't I send bulk mail after verifying my account.
My accounts are Caribbeancargo1@outlook .com a small business
Clementalleyne@outlook .com my personal email address I want to send bulk for a family reunion
nbccassttreas@outlook .com I am assistant treasurer of a club and I would like to send bulk mail

I have 5 different email accounts.
In Outlook Express, there was one Inbox, one Sent folder and so on. In windows live mail each seperate account has their own Inbox, Deleted Folder, etc.
How can I delete these "seperate" accounts and show all mail as one Inbox, One merged Sent Folder, one Junk folder and so on.
And yes, I know about Quick View. I want to DELETE all the 5 different "Profiles" showing in the left column and only have one "merged" folder like Outlook Express had!
Help would be appreciated to allow me to accomplish this.

For years I have appreciated the range of choices in Font and Font size. After I (mistakenly) tried to use a WORD trick to get a long dash on the NUMERICAL key oad!
From that moment, I could not change FONT or size ! (I uninstalled and reinstalled WLMail: now I can change FONT but not \FONT SIZE ! Can anyone help, please?
In Windows Live Mail when I go to HOME and Find the only option I can click on is "Find text". The "Message" option in the list is not accessible to me(its a grey color not black so I can't click on it) which I believe is where more advanced search options are such as selecting TO, SUBJECT, MESSAGE and a date range. Yes I know you can just search in the search box but I need to search a specific date range because if I just search by a word I'll get hundreds of messages I don't want. Can anyone help?

I am looking to close my Microsoft account but it keeps giving me the following message:
- You need to cancel any paid services or Microsoft Points account associated with your Microsoft account.
Please can someone help me. I can't see any active subscriptions or anything to be honest and need to close this account.
I used to have Xbox live but that was cancelled a while ago now so can't see why it won't let me close!

Can someone please advise as to whether emails that have been deleted from my inbox and also the deleted items folders of my email account can be retrieved?
If this is possible can someone please advise as to what that process would be?
