How do I copy all my WLM contacts to a xls or csv spreadsheet? If I use the export button it only selects 1 contact at a time - I have nearly 2000 contacts so is there not a way to select them all? Annoyingly I did this a year ago but can't remember how I did it!

Hi,

I'm trying to create "Local Folders" in Live Mail 2012 as I had in the previous version(s) -  How do I do this ?

What I would really like to achieve is something similar to the following hierarchy:

PENDING

PERSONAL

  -  Ebay

  -  Purchases

  -  Software Keys

  -  Insurance

     -  Car

     -  House

How to import outlook express address book into WLM on a new Win 7 computer

After using windows easy transfer all my files have been transferred but the contacts folder is empty The books and and discussion groups all say click on file to get the import command to transfer from the exported address book on a thumb drive Now the menu bar has been removed, please can anyone tell me where   to get the command.

Distribution (category) lists in Livemail

I've created several group lists in live mail however when I send emails to the lists, it only sends the email to a few on the list.   I've recreated the lists with no success.   When I see the lists on the left hand side of the contacts display it shows the total on the list and when I open the list it is correct however when I click to edit the list then it only shows the few that would be sent.    How do I correct this?

The same messages fail to appear in 2nd email client

Hello,

I have 1 laptop (w7x64 home premium) and 1 desktop (w7x64 pro) with the same email client (wlm 2012) and the same server.

After the downloads sometimes the message(s) is(are) missing in the other computer. In theory the two mail client should contain the same messages, shouldn't it?

What is the explanation and how to correct it?

2012 Windows Live Mail category/group problem

I have set up different groups, and highlighted their names, and this worked fine, when sending out a group email,  I tried this the other day, and for some reason it didn't work and when checking the group on the left side, they all appeared, but when I tried to edit the group, none of the names were highlighted.  How can I fix this problem, without manually highlighted them again??

Hi, I have a problem that some of my hotmail e mails only show up on my computer and not on my iphone. This is only from one person and sometimes the e mails from him show up on my phone but usually just on my computer. How can I solve this?
