When printing from Live Mail 2012 the right hand side of the message is missing, have tried printing  a word letter and prints fine only happens when printing emails

I'm trying to reset my password and the security question comes up like this ???μa p??t?? ?at????d???

I have no idea what the question is and I'm trying possible answers with no result.

I've also tried to fill in the "account verification form" but was in vain too.

The account's been created many years ago and I don't remember the informaion I povided then.

I need an answer immediately because I want to use my account, the password of which I haven't changed recently!

Running Windows 8.1, and having lots of intermittent problems using Windows Live Mail.  All updates are current.  Getting error message that timeout occurred.

Unable to send or receive.  Checked and the account is set up correctly.

Black Bars - Happens everyday. Program needs to be shut down and restarted.

What can I do to fix the problem?

A friend has sent an attachment which was DEACTIVATED.  If I go into Security, as per instructions to allow attachments, at the bottom it's noted, NOT recommended.  I don't want to ask friends to use ZIP files just to send me pics.  Any suggestions?  My previous mail server gave an option above the email, if I wanted to open a file or not.  Is that option available somewhere?  thank you.

Windows Live Mail - reading pane not displaying any emails and "A problem occurred while trying to open this message" if you try to doubleclick.

This is an intermittent problem - and I've made sure the software is up-to-date and repaired it, but no joy.  If I restart the computer it sometimes works after that.  Sometimes not.  Help please!  Thanks.

Window Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC78    I can revieve emails but cannot sent, they go to Outbox. error message "message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's email address. not a provider issue, checked with Cox.  HELP
I just upgraded my PC from Vista to Windows 7 and am running IE 11. When I go to the Windows Essential 2012 site and press the Download button, whether I save the file to my desktop or trie to open it directly, Windows shows me the 'open with what program' pop-up. Hey, the is an EXE file, shouldn't it just run???

Quite often when typing a new message/reply in Windows Live Mail, certain keystrokes cause an unexpected reaction, taking me to another screen. It is like there are shortcut keys active.

The most frequent occurrence is with the letter "e".

After closing the other screen, it often will then continue with normal typing.

The problem is not consistent however. Sometimes a complete message/reply can be composed without this happening. At other times the unwanted reaction occurs with each keystroke of the particular letter involved.

Looking for advice on how I can eliminate the problem.
Hi. I have about 500 contacts in my windows contacts folder under c:/users/helen/contacts or something like that (!) but I have over 1000 in the contacts section of my Windows Live Mail program. I thought they were supposed to sync with each other or one feed from the other so that they are the same and so when you delete or add to one you delete or add to the other automatically? I thought that the windows contacts folder on my C drive fed the contacts folder in my WLM. Can anyone tell me why the two contacts databases for want of a better word aren't the same as each other/one and the same? And how I can get them to match other than manually adding or deleting contacts which would only be a short term solution.
