I have 3 accounts setup in Live Mail and 1 continues to work - two have failed!

I have deleted the accounts locally in users/appdata, tried repairing Live Mail, registering dlls (inipki.dll failed to register, mind you) so am at a loss as to what else I can do.

I can access these two accounts on another computer so this doesn't really make sense!

Any further suggestions would be really appreciated.

I have tried everything to fix. I uninstalled Live mail and re-installed live mail 2012. No help. I am able to send, receive and open e-mails from Outlook on the MSN home page. I have deleted and added my e-mail account several times. I have added my wife's e-mail account to MY windows Live mail and I can send and receive e-mails. I have added MY e-mail account to windows live mail on my wife.s computer and all is good. I can even get my e-mail on my tablet and Android phone. The only thing that does not work in MY account on MY computer. I am running Windows 7 64 bit and live mail 2012. As soon as I creat the account the windows tell me: Windows Live Mail is synchronizing this account. Check back in a few minutes to read your messages, but they and my folders are not there. Funny thing is that my contacts ARE there. Can anyone help?

Functioning Windows Live Mail 2012 stopped sending and receiving messages for my MSN email account.  New mail and folders viewable and usable on outlook.com.

I have reviewed most questions regarding this issue on the community site and I have found no solution, so I need HELP.

My machine is running Windows 7 64-bit.  Computer protected by Microsoft Security Essentials.

On 5/9/2014 Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Compact Edition [ENU] (3.1.0000) was installed.  (I did NOT do this.)  I do not run SQL server and do not need it. I notice that SQL Server Compact 3.5 SP2 [ENU] and x64 [ENU] are present and installed 5/19/2011.  I may not need these unless they are needed by the system or other programs.  This may have been the cause or related to the issue.  No other recent program installation activity

Updates are current.  No update installed in the last few days when checked in Control panel.
