I was unable to receive or send mail. I was told my password was incorrect. I installed new password that was approved by windows live mail. When I tried to get mail. Password was again refused as incorrect.

I have followed then instructions given in the trouble shooting section.

I think someone tried to break into my email, they entered the password and security answer wrong so many times that it locked the account as well as locked the security question. When I try to the recovery on it, it tells me I don't have enough info to unlock it. What can I do????? I'm pretty sure I still know the password but I can't even try to enter it because the account is locked. The account has some of my gift cards in it and now I can't access them! How can it be unlocked so I can just enter my password??

My Quick views folder is at the top of the list.  I would like to move it down since I don't use it.  How do I do that?  I've tried dragging and dropping, even deleting it but nothing works.
I added Windows Live Mail to a new laptop as well as having it on my desktop. Is there a way to synchronize the "delete" feature so that if I delete on my desktop, the e-mail is also deleted on the laptop? Also, is there a way to keep a "sent" message on both computers in the Sent Mail file?

This error only started today after having to fiddle a lot with my mail program - Windows live mail -

when I try send a word file as a PDF file I get above error message.

I downloaded and installed exchangemapicdo.exe but this made no difference.

Everything else works fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please add an "All delete email" option to the Select Quick Views options. After all, doesn't it make sense to come full circle with it? Since you have "All inbox" "All drafts" All junk mail" & an "All email" Quick Views Option, doesn't it make sense that you should have an All Delete email or, "All delete" option too? Thank you

I have set windows live mail to empty deleted emails on exit.  I have a couple of IMAP accounts and a POP3 account.  Although my Hotmail/Outlook account set up on windows live mail when I logged into it from the WLM interface so I am not sure if it is POP3 or IMAP but it behaves like IMAP.   The feature to delete emails on exit from the deleted folders  via options - mail - advance is not working with IMAP nor Hotmail/Outlook but seems okay with POP3. To delete from my IMAP accounts and Hotmail/Outlook I have to sign into them and then delete directly from the server.  Should I not be able to delete them with Windows live mail via options - mail - advance - empty deleted items folder on exit as Windows live mail signs into these accounts.  Forgive me if I am wrong but I am not an advance computer user.

I have also stopped receiving the " No new messages received" when I check to download them if there aren't any is this because I have stopped feeds?

How can I rearrange the order of the folders in my Inbox.  There are several there and I would like to change the order.  Dragging them in the same Inbox folder doesn't do it.
