Question about Outlook Express

HI,

my Hotmail id has been Blocked for Some reason, and i have done everything to get it back filled too many forms to get it back but all in vain.and now i have exceeded my limit cant request any more. and the Recovery number i have given while making my Account is not in use anymore. tell me how do i Prove you guys my identity by providing all my details so he can activate my account straightaway? because i have got too many important emails in there. and please check my account before replying me because i have almost done everything you guys have told me to do so please don't tell me to do something which i already have done before.

I am using WLM 2012 on two Windows 7 PCs.  I am experiencing a problem syncing Calendar between WLM and outlook.com.  My outlook.com account syncs with two other computers (7 and 8.1) running Outlook 2013.  However, the Calendar fails to sync between WLM and outlook.com.

I had to restore my Calendar and Contacts a week or so ago.  That restore process involved copying the Contacts and Calendar from a backup location into my outlook mail account in Outlook 2013.  After that copying process was completed, Contacts and Calendar synced with outlook.com.  However, the Calendar in WLM was blank and has been blank for at least a week.

I have tried removing and recreating the outlook mail account in WLM several times on two PCs.  The WLM Calendar remained blank.  I uninstalled and reinstalled WLM on one PC and set two email accounts up from scratch.  The email in my Gmail IMAP account re-syncs and Contacts in my outlook mail account re-syncs.  Calendar remains blank in WLM, but is syncing properly between Outlook and outlook.com.  I am aware that there is a known problem with syncing on outlook.com.  I wanted to add this specific case to the problem list.  A fix or work-around would be appreciated.  Thanks.

I have tried:

    1.   Clearing Outbox

    2.   Re-entering user name and password with and without checking Remember me.

    3.   Closing firewall, spam and virus programs before opening WLM.

    4.   Updated Windows Essentials.

    5.   Removing and reinstalling default e-mail account.

    6.   powered down and Resarted computer and WLM numerous times.

and I continue to get this error message each time:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Verizon (dpaxton1) account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.

Dear all,

I have a very confusing situation.

My old hotmail account was on my main home computer via live mail, and also on my phone and ipad as apps.

I had forgotten my password on my livemail, created a microsoft account to change the password, but by doing so I was suddenly  unable to change my password for Live mail and so cannot login now.

I am still logged in via my apps on ipad and samsung phone but cannot view my password on theses devices. I receive and send emails perfectly from there

II have created an outlook mail to use in the meantime, but cannot change the password to enter my livemail, which is my main aim.
