Question about Outlook Express

My contacts was saved when I backed up my old computer, I loaded Windows live Mail into new computer and cannot figure out how to get them into Live Mail. The file is in in the new computer with the rest of my files.

My PC was updated with Windows Essentials 12. Now it seems to shut itself off completely rather than going to sleep. Is this supposed to happen?

Just discovered there is a giant generic "OUTBOX" for all Live Mail accounts hidden at the bottom of the folders views and just about impossible to scroll down to, or get to come up unless you maximize the Main Windows Live Mail -- so I found it and removed the email rejected by my own ISP and started an investigation with that ISP as to why it was rejected as there is nothing macroscopically obvious, that is, no typos, transposition of letters, tec. (see like that for etc.

That got me to thinking why not have one giant generic "INBOX" for all live mail accounts as well - that way only one inbox and outbox would make it seem as if my email was organized efficiently?

Can  you copy each individual account "Inbox" into one "OUTBOX" so that all email appears in one place?

Seems like a good idea to me - feedback, negative feedback, previous experience, etc.

After updating on 12/12/2015 my Windows Live Mail 2012 under Windows 7 starter, the following mistakes occure:

all mails sent from my different mail accounts end up in the sent folder (that's correct), but instead of the name of the different receipients (to: .........), my account name shows in the sent column for all e-mails sent !!??

I have Windows 10 with Live Mail. I do not want the little envelope to automatically open when my cursor sits on it.

I want to have to click on the envelope to make it open.

How do I set it up to do that?

I have Windows 10.There is no option in Internet Explorer for me to uncheck Work Offline.
