How to Exclude the original mail when Replying to an email, in Windows Live

I look for everything at the top of the page and am having trouble remembering the short cut to my address book below the folder pane. I can not find out how to move it up to the ribbon. I am an old Outlook Express and MS Office junky and find change

Original Title: When I send an e-mail sometimes it goes to the dreaded Outbox where it languishes and no matter what I do, it never leaves there.
1. Can I remove the Outbox from my e-mail functions - and if so how. or 2. How can I make the Outbox send e-mails rather than just holding them in Limbo for eternity? (By the way, the litttle message after closing out saying I have messages in Outbox, do I want to send them does NOTHING when I click I want them sent) or 3. How can I make my e-mails never reach this 7th level of ****?
I am able to receive all e-mails from a client in windows live mail except when he sends me one with an excell attachment. This ends up in the trash of the yahoo mail account. It never gets into windows live mail. Is there some setting I am missing which
will allow this?

Good afternoon
I have imported the 2013 New Zealand Holiday calendar in my Hotmail calendar (Calendar Live), and it also shows in my Windows 8 app Calendar.
However, I can't get it to show in my Windows Live Mail Calendar, despite having a New Zealand Holidays calendar (which does show the 2012 holidays).
How do I get the 2013 holidays in my Windows Live Mail Calendar?

I used to be able to email jpg file type photos very easily using Windows Live Photo Gallery. Now, after I check the photo(s) I want to send, then click on "Email" in the upper right corner, I get the "attach" screen, but when I click on it, an Email box
no longer appears like it used in the past. Nothing happens and there is no error message either. I am using Windows Live Photo Gallery 2011
when trying to type a new message, I have to manually change the font and colour each time as there appears to be no way to change the default
