How can I find the blind copy box in Window's Live Mail?

I'm getting the following error message when I'm trying to access Windows Live Mail. Server error 0x80072F0D

Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn (xxxx) account.

Server Error: 0x80072F0D
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80072F0D

Have tried uninstalling and re-installing windows live essentials but no luck. Any help appreciated.

Email live won't go back on line after hitting the icon. I have chrome and the alt f  fix didn't work. Any other way to get it back on line?

Where can I download Windows Live Mail? All links seem to lead back to Windows Essentials support page.

I am not receiving emails although I know they have been sent. I have also tried sending emails to myself but not arrived. Also sent from a different email address. I use Windows Live Mail as my email client for my hotmail account. This problem is only recent (since the change to Outlook?). I have done all the usual checks like filters and full mail box so really need some help in sorting this as there are  some important emails I have not received.

ทำไมเปิดเมลไม่ได้อ่ะค่ะ

Three times now, per instructions from this very helpful group, I have downloaded Windows Essential with end goal being to use outlook.com as my email default. Three times Windows Essentials has not downloaded properly. Two times, W??.dll was missing; error message to download again. This last time, the error message was U??.dll is missing, download again.

Additionally, Windows Live Mail will _not_ show in the default choices, nor will Windows Essentials. Neither program is found in Control Panel nor in Revo uninstaller.

Is there any hope, anything additional I might do in order to use outlook.com as default email?

Win7, 64 bit, Office 2010

Thanks so much for any additional help.

As a 365 customer I have outlook mail included as part of my sign to 365.  Why can I not connect to my "365outlook" with my windows live on my desktop?
