Is there any way to transfer e-mail folders from a twc account to my outlook account? Thanks!
Dear Microsoft Community:
I would like to know if it is possible to subscribe to rss feeds in my outlook.com email account.
I always clear my browser. I still cannot sign into outlook at home for at least a few days now.
:-(
something went wrong

Hi
I recently logged into my account and discovered all my old emails were gone! Last time I logged in, I had the Hotmail interface and all my emails were there. Now I have the Outlook interface, and they are all gone! I used this account since the late 1990s
and had some very important correspondence saved there! Please let me know how to get my messages back (I already tried going to the Deleted Messages folder and recovering deleted messages and that did not work).
I would rather have the emails from five years ago than the recent ones.
Thanks
Best regards
Sandeep
Received about 5 emails thanking me for ordering from virgin mobile and telling how to setup online billing. The email address is close to mine, but not the same. How can I check it out with out getting stuck?
I have problem with several files showing up in the uploading section although they are all completely uploaded. Skydrive on Windows 8.1 simply won't complete syncing somehow.
Annoying thing! Everything worked fine on Windows 8 - and now: Boom! Skydrive is creating file duplicates, syncing forever, nothing works... :-(

I have an event in my Outlook.com calendar that has been repeating every week for the past 3 years. This week, my schedule is about to change, and I need to change the day of the week on which it occurs. I've noticed that the Outlook.com calendar has
no option to edit "This and all future occurrences" as Google Calendar does.
While I found that slightly inconvenient, I thought I could merely edit the old event, which had no end-date, and give it an end-date of this week. I would then create a new event on the new day and select that to repeat. When I tried to do so, I was
given the warning that in order to make these changes I would have to lose all of my past exceptions and data. Much has happened over the past few years, and I strongly prefer to keep the record of any data pertaining to when individual occurrences were cancelled
or moved and any notes that were made along the way.
This seems to be a glaring hole in the functionality of the Outlook.com calendar that doubtless is depended upon by many users for business purposes. So, aside from the question "When will this be fixed," I would like to know if there is any sort of workaround
for what it is that I want to do. Any help would certainly be greatly appreciated!
Hi - I have family safety enabled on one of my accounts. Prior to upgrading to Win 8.1, skydrive upload worked great from my PC. After Win 8.1 install, skydrive upload no longer works. What I've found is that when I disable family safety on the account,
upload works fine. I've turned off all features in Family Safety - without fully removing it from the account - and I still can't upload to Skydrive. When I remove Family Safety from the account, I am able to upload to Skydrive without issue.
Any ideas?
Since the "upgrade" I am no longer able to delete, forward, reply, or even open emails. I have confirmed I am using a compatible browser (firefox 24.0) and only have this problem with hotmail, no other programs. I have windows 8 operating system.
