We use hotmail.com for our administration and some how one of our folders got deleted. In that folder it had roughly 100 sub-folders with about 5000 emails all organised.
Iv moved the emails from the deleted folder to a new folder but its not organised.
How do i revert it back to the way it was???

My wife has an older hotmail.com account and I have a new outlook.com account, but once one of us signs in, we can't sign into the other account - it keeps bringing up the account that is currently open - even with a new browser session.
Is there a way that we can both view our email accounts from the same computer?

I am having an issue forwarding my Outlook email to Gmail. I receive the following error when I change the setting for forwarding email.
You can't forward mail to your original address. Please enter another email address.
I have not found any answers to this question. It seems like you help users fix this on a person to person basis. I would appreciate any help you can provide.

I am connected to the internet, no disk space issues, tells me that 5 files are still downloading although they are completed they never get shown as completed. Sky Drive Sync Engine Host process is running. Reboot has no effect.
It does seem to be a bug in the new app changes for 8.1

I just recently purchased Windows 8, downloaded 8.1 and after more than 15 years with the same personal email address (at a different domain), I'm trying to switch over to Outlook.
However, I'm having dependability issues. Within the first few days of using it I have sent two emails that were never received, and failed to receive a reply that a sender emailed me.
I'm really wanting to widely disclose my new, outlook address and shift away from the other domain but these issues cause me some concern.
I read updates on junk filters and other matters, and that doesn't seem to be an issue.
Any help?

What used to be a few visible messages in my inbox and suddenly became dozens of emails which had previously been neatly nested in the shorter list. Did this feature go away for some reason? If not, how can I get it back?
I see the same issues on both of my machines. At some point SkyDrives just stops downloading my files. In my case there weren't 5 files remaining but 1000+. Setting the files in the queue to online only and switching back to offline seems to help but at
some point it just stops downloading again.
Also the "Access all files offline" setting always resets to "off".

I have about 66 files right now that are downloaded and in my skydrive, but are still in the processing area that is supposed to be for currently downloading files. I saw someone post that you can fix this by changing the files from available offline to
online only, back to available offline, but I can't find that option anywhere in the app. The only thing I see AT ALL regarding this is just a setting to make all files either available offline or not. When I select any file at all, there are only copy/cut/delete/other
options, no switch in availability option. Help? This is a brand new Surface Pro 2.
P.S. The "troubleshooting" download is absolutely worthless, it seems like. All it said it was doing was checking if I was logged in and if there was a connection problem. Not much of a troubleshooter if you ask me.
I'm hoping someone can help here, because countless searches have led to just dead ends thus far. I recently rebuilt my PC with a fresh Win 7 (32bit) install. I've used Windows Live Movie Maker a ton in the past and never had any issue editing .MTS files
from my Canon HD video camera. After the fresh win 7 install, I immediately downloaded movie maker and wanted to start editing some videos. The first time I attempted to load a .MTS file, Movie Maker immediately crashed and displayed the error "Movie Maker
Transcoder has stopped working", followed by "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
I've tried running the automated windows "fix it" tool, I've tried installing 3rd party codecs and I've reinstalled Movie maker. All to no avail.
Here's a few specs for anyone in case you can help:
Win 7 32bit
Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 2.4 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250 display adapter
