When I receive an email message (with Outlook 2003/Windows 7) from
someone with all recipients in "bcc", the message comes through with the
Internet headers showing within the message and any attachments show in
ASCII
For the past several weeks every time I go into my outlook it downloads normally; then after I start reviewing my e-mails (or reading one) within less than a minute outlook blanks out and reloads my e-mails again wiping out whatever I was doing. It doesn't matter whether I single or double click to get into outlook.
This is frustrating. How can I get this to stop?
I have a hotmail.com account that's been compromised and I'm trying to get help from MS to get it back. I'm pasting an actual response from the MS Online Safety team (not the automated generic responses). But unfortunately, all this person recommends is posting my problem here at this forum. I'm unfamiliar with this community forum, but it seems unlikely that this issue is possible to be resolved here. It seems to me it will require direct intervention by Microsoft to reset the account. But as suggested (from MS email: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***) I am posting here on this forum in hopes that someone can help.
thanks in advance...

Hello,
After reviewing the information you provided and looking at your account details, I have determined that the Microsoft Account Public Moderators can best address your concern. They are experts in your field of inquiry and would be in a better position to address your concern.
My email to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and *** Email address is removed for privacy *** after the automated recovery process failed 4 times

Went to skydrive today to find all of my files were gone. Is there a backup somewhere?
