you see i got a Little problem....
i bin ages since i last used this email adress: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
i cant remember the password, i tryed everything i could think of and still no. guess it was hacked.
here is my problem: i cant reset the passwrod cause i never gave it a secret answer and i tryed the old way, but dosent Work -.-
so here i am asking for your help......
How do I remove the alias from within the folder section. Also I do I delete
others folders not aliases from the folder section. Thank you
While playing with the settings in outlook I turned on reading pane (right). Didn't like the look so tried to change to bottom, no action. I then tried the off position but still no action. I restarted computer and after opening outlook and going back to reading pane settings there was a dot on each of the three positions and no action from all. Also cannot display e-mails in reading pane. Can change margin colours and access other settings.

Having a major panic attack, tried to check my Hotmail this morning and it has gone! I have searched on-line and followed all advice on how to restore this but nothing! Hotmail is my main e-mail account and I desperately need to access my mail, I have recently created an outlook account (when I purchased new laptop and had to!) and have tried to sync my Hotmail through that which has also failed, if anyone can offer any advice it would be greatly received.
