Hi,

I am a participant in the Spam Fighters Program.

Rather than using uniform blue buttons for "junk" and "not junk" in the e-mails
that participants receive, would it be possible to color-code these buttons, e.g.
red for "junk" and green for "not junk"?

It would have a stronger signaling effect and could help greatly to avoid an
inadvertent click on the wrong button.

Thanks,
Clemence Winter
Hello all.

My mother got frozen out of her email account because it was compromised. Now when she tries to sign back in using the correct password it tells her it is incorrect. This is definitely not error on her part because i tried her password many times myself.

So she sent one of the account verification forms to MY email address. She filled it out, DOB, mothers country of birth, credit card info etc but they returned it back saying "Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your ownership of this account using the information you provided". They continue to do this for every attempt and their only solution is "try another form". We have no more data to give. My mother checks her email once a week and hasn't sent one for months.

When i tried to ring Microsoft support I was put on hold for 40 minutes then told that because her account wasn't a paid subscription that they couldn't help over the phone.

What can we do about this? Someone is obviously trying to/has accessed her email account.

Thanks

Dear geeks,

I am no longer able to access my hotmail.com account as I get transferred to outlook.com every time I log in to my account.
I understand that outlook.com has now replaced hotmail.com, but how do I access my old hotmail account, e.g. emails and contacts list?

How can I transfer these to my outlook.com account?

Many thanks,
Old codger John

Hi there
My e-mail account probably got hacked... I am working on resolving the problem! I have only one question to you.
Outlook created a folder (POP) and put in e-mails which a programme was programmed to get and delete from outlook (this is a programme of the hacker ). Now my question is, can Outlook recognize which programme did that and block its access?

Thank you,
Marco

Yritän synkronoida uutta ja vanhaa konetta. Nyt en enää saa sähköpostiani auki edes soneran sivulla. Mihin kaikki hävisivät? Vanhan koneen sähköposti ei suostu muuttamaan onlineen.

How can I setup a local folder to save outlook.com emails so they can be viewed off line?

I want to close my account.
How do I delete the email addresses of previous senders before I forward emails. Am using an android tablet. Leader. Thank you.
