how can I setup my outlook.com or Hotmail.com account to monitor my kids email account in outlook.com or Hotmail.com
Trying to manage the internet safety for my kids while they are accessing their email.
Please advise!
I recently created an outlook.com account that I wanted to sync with my desktop Outlook program. In order to do that, I had to use the Outlook Connector. After Connector was installed, I tried to insert the correct account settings, which was trial & error
(I'm not a techie). What I wound up with is a primary Outlook account that is not functioning but also a secondary Outlook account that does function except for the fact that new mail notification does not work with it.
I would like to change the secondary account to the primary account and keep that as the only email account. Can this be done without disturbing the settings on the secondary account, which is functioning well?

When I bought 8.0, I used my email address which is private company (I thought that is what it said to do).
Now I upgraded to 8.1 and was given an Outlook.com email and lost my old Outlook email files and history.....Help

There are no signatures in my signature file, however, when I add one and then try to add it to an email, I get the message, "Warning, Your signature file if too large. It has been truncated. Please make the file smaller." HOW DO I DO THIS?
