Change my profile age, and now I cannot access my account.
It asks my parents to log in to access my email.
I don't have parents with email accounts.
How do I retrieve my account.
Went to support.live.com ---> Verified Account info
Back to parent log in screen.
Anyone have any advice.

I have tried to delete one of my one note notebooks that is over 5gb numerous times using the skydrive website but it always comes back saying an error occurred. I can delete other notebooks without a problem it is just this over sized one. I tried deleting all the content inside it from my surface RT and syncing it. My assumption was the size of the file might be causing the error so if I delete the contents and shrink it down then would delete. However after syncing although the notebook only contains a blank page inside it it still says it is over 5gb. I need help getting rid of it since it is eating up most of my 7GB of storage.

On my Windows 8.1 Pro PC SkyDrive does not Sync, the SkyDrive folder remains empty though using a web browser and another PC shows nearly 4GB of content.
If you launch the SkyDrive MUI App you get the update animation at the top of the screen that never ends and no filed are downloaded.
In task manager under details FileMangers.exe shows as Suspended.
Additional Info: I have a Windows 8.1 Tablet (Dell XPS18) that updates perfectly fine.

I'm trying to insert a signature in the "Outlook Option" but the Signitures tab does not open. The Spelling and Autocorrect tab will not open either.
I have a double software licence and both of these functions work on my new Windows 8 laptop but not on my Windows 7 desktop computer

Hi ... I had a text message to my phone, with my ex husbands email, added to mine, with a Microsoft code, which I did not enter. my outlook would not let me sign into my account with my password, so I changed my password. But since doing so I have lost
all my emails, which has never happened before on changing a password. can I get these emails back? or have I lost them for good? it did state welcome to your new outlook, which has never happened. please help. Also some emails were from my ex husband, if
he blocked me, or deleted me, would I still lose them messages?
Everytime I try and save a file to the Skydrive it says the Server is temporarily unavailable. Been like that since I first tried to use Skydrive and installed new Microsoft Office last month. Why? I would like to store files on Sky drive to be able
to access them from other ports such as my iPad.
Is there a way to save pictures to a selected folder on my computer without sending it to my download folder first ?
