my photo gallery says can't display pics because it's an empty file. all of my other libraries are the same...the documents file is not working...they all just say that it's safe to remove. i am not someone who likes to sit at a computer and figure stuff
out...windows 8 is really kicking my butt right now! someone, please help!!!
I have Hotmail and I am unable to get any 'junk mail' messages. Recently I need a message that went to my junk mail that I am unable to retrieve.
The time on my computer is correct we our area time. The time on outlook is two hours advanced. I have tried to correct it. Nothing works,. so all the emails that I have in storage have the wrong time on them.

Hi, Im trying to reset my password with asda and Im not receiving the password reset mails, even though asda tech support have said they have sent them. They are in my safe senders list and not in my blocked senders so I don't understand why Im not receiving
these mails? I have phoned ASDA customer support several times who have tried different fixes, none of which have worked and they have said its likely this issue is with my email account provider

Upgraded from 8.0 to 8.1, now I can sign into Outlook.com for email, but can't open any of my emails... Why?
