When I go into my email account, it shows me the Hotmail account inbox and I can't get go to previous screen or forward screen? At the bottom to the left is showing me two Hotmail accounts. I sign in with my Hotmail.com account.
Every single time I turn on my computer, I am getting the message that Outlook needs to be repaired. Why is this? I usually do a quick fix, but then have to re-fix it the next time I turn on the computer. I did the whole fix one time, and it wiped out
all of my microsoft products and I had to have them re-installed. Does anybody have a suggestion for fixing this? Thx.
As a paying customer for skydrive, I am annoyed and don't understand the motive that skydrive doesn't offer automatic upload for non-windows phones. A competition advantage? Come on, you have enough talents to compete on a higher field!
I still have other reasons to pay for the SkyDrive service at the moment. But when the competitors start to offer the same, I will have no hesitation to walk away from skydrive, should MS sticks to this non-sense!
Ok so before we ruin our lives by up?!? grading to win 8.1 I need to know if I can still use skydrive as before..
We have 3 pc's all with different users A, B, C- we sign on using local accounts (no we don't and will not sign on using ms/outlook/live details)
The pc's run Win 7 & 8 with the skydrive desktop client (working perfectly thank you) & with all we've read about the new & improved?!? (BS) skydrive integration in win 8.1 it looks like we won't be able to carry on carrying on!
Via the skydrive desktop client we all have the ONE central "@live.com" login to access our files on any of these pc's - We're a small 3 person team that use the same skydrive account and don't want this to change.
Is this still possible to do? Read somewhere that skydrive won't sync unless we login to win 8.1 with an online account?!?
If not why can't MS just let us continue using desktop software how hard is it to create a new desktop app for these situations - I imagine very easy!
Also worth a mention we have the PAID 100Gb option of skydrive. Should we request a refund for services that are now/will be redundant in our situation when we move to 8.1 and go on to Google or is there a workaround?

Hello- I am running Win8.1-64bits,IE11, 12GB Memory and 1TB HDD. I observed today that I can only receive email from Outlook.com and it no longer opens hyperlinks nor URLs. This is true for either the Start screen or the Desktop. There are no error messages.
Nothing happens when I attempt to open hyperlinks. For awhile after installing Win8.1, I was able to increase email font sizes but this disappeared also.
HOW DO I IMPORT MY E-MAIL CONTACTS FROM YAHOO TO MY HOT MAIL ACCOUNT?? THANK YOU

hi.. Hope your doing well, could someone please help me.. i have a hotmail.com mail and i recentely added an alias on the same mail with address outlook.com which is for office use only, i recently install office 2007 and added the outlook.com mail with
IMAP configuration it send and received correctly but a minute later my outlook.com mail dissapeared from outlook 2007 and on the web browser mail leaving only the hotmail.com mail.. what must i do to recover this mail and all the mails inside ????
Movie Maker error and installing and reinstalling issues?
Movie maker help!!! Someone please!?
First I had a error, saying movie maker closed unsuspectedly, and it closed, and I fixed it by going to compatibility in move maker properties, to windows 7, since it's a windows 8 computer I'm on. That fixed it, but.. When I opened it no image of the video was there, just black, title, music working fine... No video.. Backround..
Like you can't see the video and the characters.
So I shut down the computer, and fixed the settings in movie maker properties, and that helped, and I can see the video just fine, but now I can't save the video and get this massage saying "class factory cannot supply requested class"
And also on movie maker properties
It looks like this now.

I unstalled movie maker to see if it works... Now I'm worried I can't regain it and install it... I'm so confused....

I need help... I don't know what to do, and I don't want to download the wrong thing so I don't get virus on my computer...
It a windows 8.
I have gone through the settings of my outlook.com account and set an e-mail account to be blocked in the section for blocked email accounts, but I am still receiving emails from the blocked account, I have tried blocking the domain but I still get the
e-mails. is it possible that the originating sender has disguised itself under the email account that is showing as sent from; and avoiding the blocking process?
