Back when I had Hotmail I would receive all emails in both my Yahoo inbox AND my Hotmail inbox. Since converting to this new Outlook program I do not receive emails in both places anymore - just in my Yahoo inbox. Any ideas/explanations? Thx.
I've set up a new Skydrive account for an organisation - *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
(We'll be using this to upload video files to a common place for an upcoming event)

(This isn't really needed, however.)
Currently, the outlook email address is the Primary Alias.
I simply want to change to the skydrive alias so everyone can log in with that instead.
But when go to my account settings to do this (as per here), and click "Make Primary" under the skydrive address, I get a pop-up that says:
Verify this alias
Before you can make this your primary alias, you need to verify that you own it. We'll send an email to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Follow the instructions in the email to continue.
So I click Send Email. But where does it go?
I don't know how to see emails that go to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (assuming they do), and they're definitely not going to the outlook address.
I've searched for help on this till breaking point, but found nothing. It's a stupidly simple problem.
What's up with this!?

I have to reinstall windows and when i go to do the email outlook keeps giving error msgs:

I just received a email from *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, asking me to send my email Id with password and other personal details. The email stated that my account would be closed immediately. Now, I know this is a fake email and I know I don't have to share any
kind of information to anybody. I just like to report this and share this to you guys so that you could block this email ID.

- Create an archive - Set up a folder on your PC’s hard drive where you can save large attachments. Then just delete them from your inbox. You’ll still have them and your in-box will be that much smaller.
- Make your filters work for you- Did you know you can set up your Hot mail account to immediately delete junk e-mail? Go to Options, and click Filters and reporting. Under the “Delete junk e-mail” section, select Immediately to delete junk e-mail right away. Once you’re finished, click Save and you’re done.

I just upgraded to windows 8.1 and apparently skydrive synced itself to my pictures in photo gallery using up almost half of my SkyDrive storage. I would like to stop the syncing and get my space back without losing the pictures on my PC. I did spend
time on the web site But I could not find any solution
