Thanks!
Paul
Personally I own a Windows P.C. a Windows Mobile 6.5, a Windows Phone 7.8 and a Windows Phone 8, all of these are linked to my Microsoft-account and I use Microsoft's many Cloud apps (or sometimes called ''an ecosystem'''s by people) to synchronize all my devices, but I only have 7 G.B. of space and I use my Nokia Lumia's camera to take a lot of pictures and have little space left. I want to suggest to Microsoft to reward Windows, Xbox and Windows Phone users by giving people with a Windows P.C. Phone or Xbox with free space for SkyDrive, at present Google Drive gives 15 G.B. Dropbox 2 G.B. and Apple's iCloud 5 G.B. though Microsoft SkyDrive is a solid #2 in the amount of free space and the service is superbly integrated in all devices and is arguebly better than the rest and their ecosystems, respectively it requires a lot more space for a power-user.
I know that Microsoft in already gives free SkyDrive space (200 G.B.) for new Microsoft Surface 2 users, but the rest of us P.C. owners are left behind, I think more people will choose Windows P.C.'s and Windows Phones and even Xbox One's and Xbox 360's if they'll get more (permanent) free space in SkyDrive.
Now Yesterday received a new email as you can see.
I have access to my account that is the following *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and one of my alias is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and thats the one that little **** is trying to have access to, I'm worried that He is trying to have access to my account. I never and repeat never ask for reset my password as you can see I don't have a *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account and that person is from the US, I live in the REPUBLIC OF PANAMA is in CENTRAL AMERICA. So I need Help NOW!
"Please use the following format for email addresses: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. If you're using category names or nicknames, make sure you don't have any typos.
Possible typos: r"
When I look at the group it says the group name and then "271 of 273 members." Is the problem the size? We only added a few names recently (maybe 20) but have no way of knowing who they are without a labor intensive search
Ideas?
My name is Tom. My Hotmail account is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
I have a problem that goes back over 7 years. The font changes in my Hotmail emails, and friends complain the problem is distracting and makes my emails very difficult to read. The font changes size, color, (black to gray) and font styles, (from Arial, to Times Roman, and others as well.)
It happens in all browsers but seems to be less pronounced in Internet Explorer. With Mozilla and Google, browsers that I prefer, (sorry Microsoft) the problems crop up more often, but to be clear all browsers are affected. Longer emails with more editing are far more plagued by these changes in type.
These emails usually employed spell checks, cut and paste, and rewrites.
Though I've tried many times, the font problem can't be fixed by the usual Hotmail email account settings.
This has been going on over many years, with every computer - (more than 4) - and every operating system, from XP, to Vista, to Windows 8
I have tried this Microsoft post to the Forums route before. It was years ago. They asked me to download a special program that monitored my account and save information for them. I did that and I sent the results back in from time to time, as requested. This went on for months, but they either, were not able to find a solution, or they were unable to fix it, or they simply forgot about the problem and never got back to me. When I wrote in, the moderators were always well meaning and seemed surprised that nothing was happening. They tried to find answers about what was happening but to no avail. So, after many tries I gave up.
At the time, moderators suggested I simply get another Hotmail account, but my account uses my name without any numbers, underscores, or other distractions.I've used this Hotmail account since there was a Hotmail. It has been the primary way people contact me. I've used it for business as well as personal emails.
I'm certain the problems have come about because of a glitch in my individual account's programming.
I asked back then, and I ask you now, could the technical people that oversee Hotmail simply re-install the programming that operates my account and resolve this problem... or ...perhaps transfer my present address (my name) to a new working account?
My friends find it very distracting and complain about it. It's a problem for me because I have no control over this glitch and my Hotmail emails go out looking badly. They have to be decoded to be taken seriously.
Please create a private message area for me where I can speak to a clever tech a who can resolve this issue.
Thanks for your help, time and attention.
Tom
