I can join to skydrive, but i can not access my emails at all

Help to smooth out video

I have several video clips from the same event that I'm trying to put into one smooth video. When it goes from one clip to the next there's a little "jump". Is there any way I can remove those so it will flow smoothly like it was shot continuously? I've tried almost everything and I have to get this video to the people asap.

My e-mail *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is not working. I can log on the account but i can't see my e-mails or access to my private mailbox. 
I need the information. How can i solve this problem?

Header in email from hotmail.com states “spf=softfail”. I’m wondering if an e-mail address was spoofed.

I received an email claiming to be from my wife's hotmail address.  It included a link that looks spammy.  She didn't send it and it's not in her sent items.  She immediately changed the password on her account.

In the email header the Received information is as follows:

Is my wife's email address being spoofed to send malicious emails and if so is there anything that I can do about it?

Saving emails to my sky drive or pc

Can anyone help? I wish to save email folders (and all the emails contained therein) to either my pc hard drive or to my skydrive.
I am using hotmail on outlook.com
I have searched for hours on here to find how to do this and just cannot find a solution that works.
One 'solution' mentioned using the 'file' tab on windows live mail, but I don't have one, and on my skydrive (accessed from outlook.com)
I only seem to get the option to save files from my pc and not email folders.
I am getting increasingly frustrated trying to find the answer to what should be a simple question.
Hopefully someone out there can help ?

My passwords have failed on BOTH of my accounts. I have reset them but NOW I can’t change them to ones that are PERSONAL TO ME.

If you get the impression I am mad, well, that's because I AM! Here's the story: A few months back I went to sign into my primary email account. It said I entered an invalid password. So naturally I checked, re-entered my password and it came back invalid again. I did this a few more times and then requested a reset. Thats fine and dandy. I entered in my old ( but "INVALID") password as my new password. Then the page told me that I had to use one I had never used before. (I'm going to yell here.) IF IT'S "INVALID" THEN IT CLEARLY HAS NEVER BEEN USED BEFORE!!! I went ahead and chose a different password. I signed in and thought my troubles were over. NOPE! I have windows 8. For the most part, I love it. Except that everytime I try to log in with my email account it wont let me because "The Password has been entered incorrectly too many times." 
SO! I switched everything over to my secondary account, which I have only had since JULY. No ofcourse I never changed the password. It's only been 4 months at the MOST. NOW THE SAME THING IS HAPPENING WITH THE NEW ONE! This is genuinely REDICULOUS! It needs to get fixed.

Dear Officer,

I didn't log-in to this account for a long time. When Hotmail changed to Outlook, I lost all emails!!

I needed some travelling information for visa application that I can only get from those old emails from this account... however the account appears to have been reset - completely!! Please tell me how to recover the emails.

 I need the information very urgently : (
