Missing Emails

I have also lost all of my emails prior to 10/24.  This is the second time this has happened to me.  The first time was a couple weeks ago, and I found they had all gone into the POP file.  This time, they are nowhere to be found.  I tried to recover them, but got the message that there were no messages to recover.

“Your Skydrive Couldn’t Be Created on This PC”

Greetings,
It has come to my attention that the windows 8 app version of skydrive only displays the message, "Your Skydrive Couldn't Be Created on This PC". The file explorer and online versions of skydrive are fine. I can not access any files from my skydrive, but through the app I can access what is on my PC already but not in skydrive. Could I please have some instructions on what to do to get this fixed? I can live with the desktop version for now, but if there is a fix? Thank you for your help.

Account being hacked

My daughter's account has been hacked (Hotmail). I have phoned and no representatives seem to have answers. They have no clues how to help. The internet links are no help either. The account is blocked. We just want to close the account in order to not harm others.

Can anyone help?

wifi interupted by skydrive

Whenever my skydrive checks itself, says processing changes, my wifi knocks offline and says my connection is limited. It eventually comes back on and finishes it's processing. This happens all day long. I just got a new modem from comcast but they say it is a issue with skydrive. I have uninstalled and re-installed. No luck. 

How do I get a copy of an email sent to me in Dec 2010?

Hello,
I received an email in my Hotmail account with attachments in Dec 2010.  I have the email address of the person who sent it to me, and the exact date time.  I need the attachments because I am in current litigation with the sender and these documents are important.  How do I ask Microsoft to resend these to me?  Thank you.

Missing emails

I have had a number of people state they have sent me emails and they are not showing up in my email.  I have added the people to my contact list and the emails are still not coming in.  How do I resolve this?

Manage Outlook.com addresses with Outlook 2010

I have an outlook.com email address with 3 aliases and I can send/receive email via the Outlook web site from my PC as well as my Android phone (with the Outlook.com app) and everything syncs okay. I really don’t care for online email so I would like to manage these email accounts with Outlook 2010 but I don’t see any way to send/receive directly from these outlook.com addresses with OL 2010. Is it possible manage these addresses with Outlook 2010? Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations? Thanks in advance.
