SkyDrive is no longer syncing

I am running Win7 ultimate.  I have had SkyDrive for at least a year. 

Then, about a monthy ago, Sky drive sync was malfunctioning during sign-in during start up.  So....I decided to uninstall the app on my PC and re-install to stop the anomalous behavior.  

Uninstall was uneventful.
Now-- I can't re-install the app using FULL ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS!?!?!? 

Really, what is the issue here.  
I even tried to reset the UAC and this was not helpful.  I AM the admin on my system, and I have no idea what is going on with this app.  Frankly, I am disappointed with MS on this issue, and I have a huge paid account.  

So, please tell me...is there a hotfix? 
Tell me how I can get my files back from the cloud.  
My dissertation is suffering because of this situation.

I am getting married and would like to change my name on my existing live.com account. Do I have to just tart fresh or is there someway to change the existing email address?

Hi

I have logged into my account and there are only 2 pages of emails in my inbox.  I am expecting to see lots of pages as I do not deleted them as I will refer back to them.

Does anyone know what has happened?

Hi, i have registered own domain name "fullname.com" and now i  have an email address "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***". When i am trying to send emails from this email address, all messages goes to Junk folder. Why that happens? How i can improve it?

PLEASE HELP close a MSN hacked email that I can no longer access.  The first email response I received from MSN support  provided 2 links that did not  work and now the latest response was how to close this current email an MSN employee told me to create so I could contact the help email support???!!  I have tried to reply to both emails but can not and am told the thread is closed.

How do I receive serious help from your company?

Outlook.com resending 4 email every 15 minutes which is clogging up my sent items folder

I have an Outlook.com account and for the past week or so it keeps resending 4 emails I have previously sent. The result is my Send items folder has the same emails showing as sent hundreds of times a day. I then spend 20 minutes deleting them all, only for more of them to appear as I delete old ones.

I am trying to send e-mails to this address but get this bounceback information. The intended recipients IT guys say that it is a fault at my end.
