Got this message (in my PC inbox, using Windows Live Mail, not webmail, since Outlook isn't working correctly) about my ongoing problems with Outlook, but there's no text. Meanwhile, over in Outlook, com, I have exactly the same problem: the saved password isn’t the correwct one, I keep changing and saving it, then when I come back a while later, it's reverted to the old incorrect password. Getting really exasperating. If you want me to use Outlook.com (I can get the same webmail from Yahoo without these issues) you're going to have to do a clearer, better job of figuring this out.

Subject: Question has reply: Unable to receive emails.
I have recorded a public service video that has too much noise.  I think I can mute the video audio, but how can I add narration to the project instead?
Because the Obama support site (Organizing for Action) got hacked by the "Syrian Army," and I receive e-mails from that organization, I tried to change the password for my e-mail account.  I made the request and was informed that Outlook would be sending verification, via my e-mail, that I made this request.  I waited; no word from Outlook.  Then my husband checked HIS e-mail, and found the Outlook verification e-mail in HIS e-mail.  Why was this mailed to his e-mail address, when it was requested from mine?
I deleted some photos from fla by mistake 3 to be exact?
and can't get them?

My photos show up in some strange order when I look at them via SkyDrive app on my iPhone. Can I change the order from the app? I would like them to show up sorted by file name.
  • I purchased two Surface 2s and my wife has no desire for the second 200 GB promo good for two years. I've redeemed mine fine, but want to know if I use her code will I have have 200 GB storage for 4 years or 400 GB for 2 years or will it not even work? i'm asking because I just want to redeem the 2nd code now for 200 for another 2 years. I'll probably lose the promo if i don't.

whenever i log in to my outlook account the only thing in my inbox is one weeks worth of email. anything before that is gone. i have not deleted them. they are not in the deleted folder. they are gone. i have tried the retrieval option and only about a month's worth is recovered but anything before that is gone. i used to be able to store important emails in my hotmail account but now that it is outlook, everything is gone. How can i get them back? How can i stop this from happening. Tech Support, please respond ASAP. Thank you.

I am running into a nuisance problem with WIndows live Moviemaker where if a video file gets trimmed, and the play button gets pressed the video just loops 3 seconds of the video preview.  If I save and re-open the video it plays fine.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?
I'm 35 years old and have had the same hotmail email account for 7 or 8 years. Now when I try to setup outlook.com app it says I must be an adult or parent or something. I fou d that the birth yr on the account is now wrong and would make me twenty years younger than I am. I need this fixed. Help please.
