Can’t verify an account because its saying I’m from unitedstates when I’m from United Kingdom I don’t have a zip code I have a postcode help???

Help I can't verify an account because its asking me to put in my zip code and what state I'm from but I am from the uk so I don't have a zip code and I don't live in a state I have a postcode please help !!!
