Please help!  I can receive email but not send thru windows live mail 2012 on windows 10.  Below is the detailed text of the error message.  I have deleted the outgoing messages and tried resending; I have rebooted the computer several times; nothing is working.  I need to be able to send message ASAP.  Thanks!
