My wife and I share an email account.  I receive/send my emails on my PC without a problem.  My wife cannot receive emails on her PC, the error is 4402, WLM error  Ox8DE0002.  All the account settings are identical.  I tried running repair on Window Live Essentials but no joy.  Help please.
