I have been using the same hotmail.com account for years and finally decided to create a new primary alias. But after I created the alias I can no longer access my email. I can sign onto my account and access my account information but it keeps giving me a "We're updating you inbox, please try again in a few minutes" message when I try to access my email. I tried switching the primary alias back to my old one but that did not help. This has been going on for 5 days now. Please help!
