In browser, once logged in as a child I get this:
"You need parent's permission"
When I log in I get this:
I have accessed my account and updated both name and date of birth but the problem does not go away.
Any ideas?

Tried to log in to activate my child's account — told on the Xbox that they need to log in online too to active it.
