I have just installed Photo Gallery but cant use it because--

When trying to open Photo Gallery I always get--" One or more folders included in PG is offline & is preventing PG from starting. Either remove offline folders from PG or make sure all folders are offline & try starting PG again"

Please advise how to correct this problem

I have never used PG before. I am still using Windows 7.
