I cannot open my email account
I went through the account recovery/password reset procedure that appears when clicking on the link that says i cannot access my account.

i filled out the form to prove its my account. 

i was sent a link to my alternative email.
When i click on the link that you sent to finalise the password reset - i get the error message.

There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later.

please help me fix this asap as this is my work/personal account and no access is potentially costly.
