Hi:I cannot retrieve the pictures on my Fujifix little camera which I have done without problems for several years. The pictures saved on my computer are all retrievable. Now I can retrieve one picture only. It starts fuzzy then clears but the next picture is not available and I am told "can't open this file because the format is currently unsupported or the file is corrupted". Surprisingly yesterday, a few pictures from that same camera were saved in the Photo Gallery. My partner had no problem retrieving pictures from that same camera on his computer.I have an ACER Aspire 3 laptop. I
