i really have a serious concern over not receiving any mails from anyone from the last two days. My account is in outlook.com but my mail id was setup by my college and was given as *** Email address is removed for privacy *** . But from last two days there are no mails or msgs from anyone.
I have another mail id in gmail, i tried sending a mail from that account but it says,
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
*** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Can anyone please help me what i can do to save this account, because i have given this mail id for all of my official work. Im suppose to receive some important mails which i havent. Please help me.
