I have recently installed Windows Movie Maker (Version 2012) and when I open it, it gives me a chance to sign in to my Microsoft account. I use the correct email address and password combination (I know they are correct
because I tested them on other Microsoft services) and it returns an error of "incorrect email or password." I do not understand why this is happening and I need to be able to sign in to Microsoft to utilize certain functions of Movie Maker. Is there any way
to resolve this issue?
