from 17 August: Me, too. Can access on my MacBook Pro but NOT on my mobile devices i.e. i pad and i phone. Says was fixed on 15 Aug (Thurs) but still not working for me. Any advise?
27 August can now access my hotmail acct via outlook on my MacBook Pro AND my i phone, but the i pad is still giving the old error messages 'cannot get mail; the connetion to the server failed. the messages appear downloaded and then disappear between
yesterday and today. v strange. anyone know what the fix is?
