I'm trying to use the photo/video editing software that Microsoft provides in order to work on a project. Though, when I open the 'Photos' app, I only see the tabs 'Collection', 'Albums', and 'Folders'. I've attempted to update the application, and my computer is telling me that everything is up to date. I'm familiar with Windows Movie Maker, though that application no longer exists, and software like 'Lightworks' is too advanced for me to learn to use with the time period I have to finish this project. Is there anything I can do to make the 'Create' tab come up?
