I have two, 2-year-old emails that I cannot read, move or delete from my Windows Live email account. They are proverbially listed in my Unread Mail. I have researched and tried posted fixes including:

   Manage add-ons

   update Windows Essentials

   uninstall/reinstall Windows Essential Live Mail

   marked read

   repaired changed from POP to IMAP

I have also tried waving my juju stick over the computer.

Any more ideas? Dell XPS, 2011, Windows 7. I am not a professional IT person.
