Hello, I recently had to change my password with Suddenlink.com Internet provider for Email service.  I was using Windows live mail on Windows 7 computer.  We have tried everything they and others have suggested to change the password in Windows live such as in accounts and in properties.  It will not let us change the password and I do not remember the old one to verify account to change this.  Is there a way to work around this issue please.  Thank you so much for any suggestions and  help.
