I have tried to access my entering another email to send a password change link however in order to do this I need to answer a questionnaire. It says to fill in as much as possible and I did, however it then told me I needed to enter more information as what I had entered was not sufficient!

The questions were relating to folders I had created (I have created none so could not answer) and topics of recent emails I had sent (I cannot remember specific emails sent) and addresses I had recently emailed (these are all on my account which I cannot access!).

Can someone please help me? I am at my wits end as I really need to access this account!
